Storage & Precautions

Site of Application

Apply on clean, dry, hairless skin (upper arm, chest, or back). Rotate the site with each new patch to avoid skin irritation.

Dosage & Administration

Mechanism of Action

Indications

• Step-down continuation for patients who completed 4 weeks of Nitof 21 mg
• Suitable for moderate smokers (6–10 cigarettes/day)
• Transition phase in structured smoking cessation therapy

Dosage & Administration

• Apply one Nitof 14 mg patch every 72 hours
• Recommended use: Weeks 5–8 of a standard 12-week NRT regimen
• Progress to Nitof 7 mg for final taper
